- I declare that I have never violated the conditions of any visa type at any time to enter the USA or any other country.
- I declare that I have access to adequate funds to support both my education and living costs throughout my studies in the USA. I acknowledge that I may be required to submit further documents to prove my financial readiness.
- I understand that by accepting the offer and I-20, I am required to comply with all the terms, conditions, and policies of the institution and university.
- I understand that while in the USA, I must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to work restrictions, academic performance, satisfactory attendance, and all other conditions of my F-1 Student visa.
- I understand that I am fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of my visa application and for providing all necessary documents under the appropriate visa category, (GradSmart) is not accountable for the outcome of my visa application, as the decision is made solely by the authorized visa officer at the U.S. embassy,
- I understand that once my visa is approved, I am responsible for my travel arrangements and immigration entry clearance. (GradSmart) is not liable for the outcome of the immigration check, as the decision rests with the authorized immigration officer in the USA.
- I understand that (GradSmart’s) involvement in this process is limited to facilitative role, and the final decision to select and apply to educational institutions is mine alone. I am solely responsible for conduction due diligence on the institution but not limited to my eligibility, course selection and suitability, content, structure, duration, fees, or any other charges, including refund claims, passing criteria, certification validity, institutional stability, or educational standards.
- I am responsible for resolving any issues or grievances I may have with the educational institutions, including but not limited to those related to my application, admission, or any of the concerns, directly with the institution. I will not hold (GradSmart) for any issues and will not involve (GradSmart) in such matters.
